How Many Nuts?

🐿 Nuts are a healthy plant food because they are high in healthy fats, protein and fibre. 🌰Nuts also provide a wide range of essential nutrients including several B vitamins, vitamin E, minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc, potassium and magnesium.

🥜 Peanuts are not technically a nut, they are legumes. However they are often considered to be nuts and have a similar nutrient profile.

👉🏻 Nuts are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat, however, the beneficial effects of nuts are attributable to nuts that have been minimally processed and have no added ingredients.

⚠️ Many of the nuts you buy have amounts of salt or added flavours, so it’s best to buy nuts with nothing else added.
