At your initial consultation we like to get to know you so that we can provide personalised advice. We collect information about your medical history, family history, your lifestyle habits and dietary pattern and, importantly, your current health and wellbeing goals. Education and other resources are then provided to assist with achieving your individual nutrition goals
Please note, if you have an Eating Disorder Care Plan from your GP, you will receive a $61.80 medicare rebate for your appointment.
Chronic Disease Management Plans, which are issued by the GP, have a Medicare rebate of 61.80. Each session is approximately 20 - 40 minutes
